What is Iota Gamma Rho?
As the first and only Social (Co-Ed) Fraternity for the Advancement of Gender and Human Rights, Iota Gamma Rho (IGR) offers the professional, the education, information, the use and the wisdom, to be the SOLUTION for Gender and Human Rights. Using academia, career experience and life/work balance to confer tenancy, IGR uses your positive influence, communal purpose and social involvement, to promote the greater level of givings to your community and those you serve.
Purpose
To create and establish connections, create lifelong friendships and networks and enhance the personal and professional development in the work of Gender and Human Rights.
Mission
To create, promote and evolve the highest standards of friendship, scholarship and service for our community, based on the ideals set forth by our Founders, Harbor Heritage University, the protocols of the G.H.R.E.E.T. Commission and the Office of G.H.R.A.C.E. and the IGR creed.
Vision
Through business connections, professional networks, and personal leadership IGR selects women and men with impeccable character, upstanding ethics and the best in reference and referral in their field, to use their influence to promote and sustain Gender and Human Rights solutions, both foreign and domestically.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
1. Have an interest in solving the disparities and injustices of violations of Gender and Human Rights
2. Currently work, volunteer or are educated in Gender and Human Rights in the areas of Violence against Women and Vulnerable Populations, Sexual and Gender based, Domestic and Intimate Partner Violence, Date Rape, Human and Sexual Trafficking with Survival Sex, the cessation of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Birthing through Fistula, Child Bride/Dowry, War-time Refugee, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and Asylum-Seekers from war torn areas.
3. Over the age of 18 at the time of application.
4. Must be able to commit to the entire construct and consecutive process, procedures and needs of Interest, Rush, the Pledge Period, its Line and final Crossing to Membership.
5. Be able to keep up and maintain the yearly Membership Dues (In USD), activities and and events as hosted by IGR.
