C.A.U.U.H.T. (Crimes Against the Underserved, Undocumented and Humanly Trafficked) is the umbrella of the S.I.S.T.T.A.R. Program. (501(c)3 Pending)
Come to our weekly support groups, our Victim Impact Classes as well as our Outreach Program that pairs peer mentors with new survivors to offer the best help in the quickest way.
If you want to become a Peer Mentor (PM) and are NOT a survivor, please join us for our four (4) week, twenty (20) hour class for those wanting to help others! We cover what the PM already knows and train effective choices in discipline, empowerment and self-esteem for our Survivors. PM's come away appreciative of the knowledge and a better way to serve!
Global Referral for Care:
- DFACS/CPS/HRA appointed
- Custody/Reunification (to include post incarceration)
- Divorce/Juvenile/Criminal/Family Court Appointed
- Post/Currently Incarcerated (Family member Sponsorships available) with active Re-entry Plan
- Probation/Parole (with good standing letter)
- Local, registered DV/Homeless/Family Shelter

*** Current Clientele:
Sexual Assault/Aggression Date Rape/Domestic Violence/Sexual Harassment, etc. Sexually Trafficked Sex Labor, Sex-Debt Bondage, Child Forced Labor, etc. Incestual Trauma Current Familial Rape/Molestation, etc. Forced Marriage Child Brides, Forced Dowry, FGM (Female Genital Mutilation), Cultural Polygamy, etc. Domestic Servitude Undocumented, Forced work, in private industries (Nannies, Cleaners, Chauffeurs) with money going to "keepers" and not the worker . Forced Criminality Prostitution and Crimes against themselves, other Persons, or Merchants, in order to feed themselves, their children, an addiction, or to pay a drug debt. |
S.I.S.T.T,A,R. (which stands for Stopping Incest, Sexual Trafficking, Trauma, Assault and Rape) offers counseling and referral to:
** "Survivors" or those that are just coming home or are new to the world of being safe; from a few weeks to a few months, ** "Victors" or those that have completed some extensive healing time and may even be ready to serve others and the ** "Newly Rescued Persons" (NRP) that have fresh real-time wounds, both visible and invisible but who are finally safe! |
