THE FIRST SPEAKER-AUDIENCE ORATORY FOR GENDER AND HUMAN RIGHTS
So how does this work?
For example: Lets take Professor Amirah Asaad (third photo). She is a dedicated Zoologist. She is wanting to develop grasslands in Indonesia to raise cattle to feed the rural areas of her country. Her Human First (HF) talk is about the project and the many ways it would be a help to the community. After speaking for 12-15 minutes (The TedX part), it's the audience's turn. They begin to ask questions for the next 30 minutes or so (The SharkTank part), about the project, its funding, its ability to sustain itself and the debt/footprint on the environment...and more. The audience can offer insight, experience, resources, hybrid work options, etc. Together, Dr. Asaad's project can get support, right on the spot...right from the audience members that are wanting to help. This can be a great human resource for Dr. Asaad and the students can begin an internship, new research work or can learn where they can be of the greatest use in their own careers and life.
It's the new 'Career Day', in real-time!
HF doesn't recruit the most wealthy or the most notable, to speak, by design. We offer the chance for real people to bid their project in front of our students, professional community, religious and even cultural audiences to garner advice, help, support, wisdom and space, to grow their work I need to repeatable solutions. This is the way we see collective bargaining and bartering in a new way, to get sustainable, renewable and mirrored projects done!
